| Project Summary | The works in Station Square at Kai Tak are divided into two sections with details as below: Section 1 The works is with an approximate site area of 38,000 square metres, comprises the construction of part of the Station Square, hard and soft landscaping works. The works also includes multiple facilities such as Single storey blocks for management office, open plaza, cycling track, large lawn, pavilions seating areas, covered walkways, drainage system and other construction works. The construction period is 630 days. Section 2 The works is with an approximate site area of 78,300 square metres, comprises the construction of hoarding and chain link fence and provision of security services to the site for the remaining part of the Station Square. The construction period is 180 days. |
