(Hong Kong, 19 June 2019) The Occupational Safety and Health Council in collaboration with Labour Department, government departments, Chamber of Commerce and trade unions held "The 20th Construction Safety Forum and Award Presentation Ceremony" on 19 June 2019. Sun Fook Kong was awarded and recognized by achieving outstanding occupational safety and health achievements.
 
The HKHA contract, “Construction of Subsidized Sale Flats Development at Hang Kin Street, Ma On Shan Area 90B” was awarded the Bronze Award in the "Safe working at heights" category. The award competition included over 410 entries competing in 7 award categories, namely "Safety at work under inclement weather", "Safe working at heights", "Best Method Statement", "Best Safety Culture", "Best Refurbishment and Maintenance Contractor in Occupational Safety and Health" and "Outstanding Working at Height Worker in Occupational Safety and Health".
 
Sun Fook Kong will continue to enhance site safety and to raise the safety awareness among workers with an aim to promote occupational safety and health in future.
