(Hong Kong, 25 April 2016) Sun Fook Kong Construction Limited has been awarded a HK$1.297 billion contract by the Hong Kong Housing Authority for the construction of Home Ownership Scheme Development at Choi Hing Road, Choi Hung.
 
The contract has been commenced in April 2016 and it is expected to be completed in September 2018. During the contract period, Sun Fook Kong will carry out the construction of two site specific domestic blocks of 27 domestic storeys and one site specific domestic block of 26 domestic storeys, one 2-storey semi-basement carpark of 80 parking spaces, one 4-storey shuttle lift tower linking to the carpark, as well as all external works and minor structure works.
 
Sun Fook Kong will continue to provide professional construction services to its clients and assist them in improving the public facilities.
