(Hong Kong, 25 Nov 2017) Sun Fook Kong has been awarded several awards in the Quality Public Housing Construction and Maintenance Awards 2017 including Outstanding Contractor for Distract Term Contract – Gold Award, New Works Projects - Outstanding Contractors Award (Building) – Silver Award and Outstanding Contractor – Innovative Use of BIM Technology (Highly Commended) for its work on projects for the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HKHA).
 
To give recognition to contractors, project teams, supervisors and frontline workers who have been providing outstanding services in construction and maintenance works for public housing, the Housing Authority organized "The Quality Public Housing Construction and Maintenance Awards" jointly with numerous industry organizations. The event also serves as a platform for experience sharing to sustain quality public housing in the industry.
 
Awarded projects include Construction of Public Rental Housing Development at Fo Tan (in Sha Tin Areas 16 and 58D) Phases 1 and 2 and also Construction of Home Ownership Scheme Development at Sheung Lok Street, Homantin.
